He is now an independent management consultant and advisor to a wide spectrum of SMEs assisting with the development of business strategies, plans, raising finance and performance management.

Graham was a former Senior Commercial Manager for Lloyds Banking Group and a Business Link Adviser with over 40 years’ experience helping both start up and established businesses survive and thrive. Now running his own consultancy business Graham provides hands on problem solving, mentoring and can act as a sounding board support in all business disciplines, but particularly finance. In 2000 Dominic created and ran an online procurement site for schools called Schoolquote.co.uk. When he sold it in 2011 it had a third of UK schools and 9000 suppliers registered. In 2013 he started Oxfordshire Web Services specialising in digital marketing, website creation, SEO and Google Adwords.

Geoff has a background in manufacturing and retail, but has been advising businesses of all types and sizes, in the U.K. and abroad, for over 25 years. His approach is to work to help companies to identify where they want to be and then to draw up an Action Plan of how they are going to reach their goal.
Jeff Duffell was the founder of Mobisoft UK in 1998. He helped to develop the UK market for Demand Responsive Transport systems and worked closely with local authorities to develop systems for use in modern Integrated Transport Units. Jeff has worked with developing technologies for over 30 years having designed computers with International Computers Ltd and managed Development for Research Machines PLC.
Over the last 15 years he has focused on the application of modern technologies in businesses and has helped to develop markets in a number of European countries in a variety of local authority and business environments.

Jeremy Andrews has spent over 20 years as a qualified Small Business Adviser in Oxford during which time he has helped many hundreds of clients in a wide variety of business ideas and situations. His own career covers 30 years of computer systems evolution and the sales, management and training of mainframe sales people. His particular interest with pre-start and early years business clients is the saleability of their proposition and the approach to market. He is happy to work as a medium term mentor to clients when appropriate in order that adequate follow-up can be achieved.

John is a highly experienced general manager with many years in the engineering sector as a line manager, corporate strategist and trouble-shooter. He has spent the last 12 years involved with those planning to start up a new business and early stage companies with particular emphasis on budgeting, business planning, strategy and management controls.

A qualified caterer with a background of sales and general management and over 25 years spent within franchising from founding a highly successful company (Master Brew) through to managing an established mature network ( part of Thames Water) and was Chairman in the Midlands for the British Franchise Association. Mike is motivated by facilitating success through others.
Nick is a chartered accountant who specialises in business start-ups and accountancy, taxation and bookkeeping advice for small and medium-sized businesses.

Philip’s had many years’ experience with the Audit Commission, leaving to start his own business in the public and private sectors. He is a practising accountant specialising in small businesses’ tax and self assessments, the internal audits of town and parish councils as well as the audits of academies and state schools.

Simon has 40 years’ experience in blue chip advertising and marketing agencies in London, Birmingham and Banbury. He now runs his own marketing services business with the emphasis on communications strategy and copywriting for websites, printed literature, advertising and press releases. Simon has been with us as an OBE advisor since 1996 and provides our clients with marketing advice in its widest form.

Steve trained as an electronics engineer and has accumulated extensive experience in managing people and projects in a research and development environment. This work has ranged from delivering major engineering projects to international research facilities, to the commercial exploitation of new technology through contracts, collaborations and spin out companies. More recently he has been a director in a family micro company specialising in marketing and mobile media.

Philip’s background is in sales, marketing and general management. He worked for ICI Paints for much of his career with many years as general manager for the Dulux Trade brand.
He left in the late 90’s and became an advisor for TBAC, an OBE predecessor. Following this he joined Business Link, the state funded organisation for small business support.
